• The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly area. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere and keep noise to a minimum, especially during rest hours. • Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. • For safety purposes only, exterior security cameras are installed near the house entrance. These cameras do not face inside the house and do not record any private areas. • Any change in the number of overnight guests must be approved in advance by the host. Any person entering the property beyond the number of guests listed in the reservation will be considered an additional guest, even if they do not stay overnight. • All trash must be disposed of only in the designated bins located outside the house, near the road. • Repeated disturbances or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. • A copy of a valid ID/passport for each guest must be provided prior to arrival. • Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT in accordance with local law. The VAT charge will be applied at the end of the reservation as a separate payment. • Guests who are not Israeli citizens are exempt from VAT, subject to providing a valid foreign passport and a B2 entry visa prior to check-in via the platform, in accordance with Israeli VAT regulations.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the private garden and all outdoor areas. The upper floor master suite is also fully accessible. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
